We had our 3rd set of visitors for the summer arrive the last day of July. Pete's parents came to visit us. It's been fun having many visitors this summer, and it's been interesting to see what each group is wanting to see while they're here and what they enjoy the most. This trip involved lots of icecream, and lots of moose:)
Here are some of the highlights....
Photo Opportunities at Flat Top Mountain
David & Cathy took the train to Seward. We met them there to do a National Park Cruise to Fox Island. Lots of wildlife viewings.
We drove to a secret blueberry picking spot in Matanuska Valley. What a view!
We ended up finding this quirky bed and breakfast last minute close to Matanuska Glacier.

We had to do something with all the berries we picked. They were turned into jam after a long tedious job of removing stems.
